Orders are accepted based on availability and required preparation time. Custom cakes and dessert orders are confirmed only after details, timing, price, and payment requirements are agreed upon.

Payments
Deposits or full payment may be required to secure an order. Prices may vary based on size, design, ingredients, rush timing, and delivery requirements.
Refunds
Because baked goods are custom and perishable, refunds may be limited once preparation has started. If an order must be changed or cancelled, contact Homies Cake as early as possible.
Pickup
Pickup times must be arranged in advance. Customers are responsible for transporting cakes and desserts carefully after pickup.
Delivery
Delivery may be available by request and may include an additional fee. Delivery availability depends on date, location, and order size.
Food Allergies
Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including dairy, wheat, gluten, nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame, coconut, and other ingredients. Customers must disclose allergy concerns before ordering.
Liability
Homies Cake is not responsible for damage caused after pickup or delivery, incorrect storage, delayed serving, or allergy information not disclosed before confirmation.
